There are no auditions to join the chorus, but new members are required to meet with the choral director for a vocal assessment and placement in the appropriate section.

New members are welcome during the first three weeks of the new semester (usually September and January). Special accommodations may be made for new members opting to join after this point. Pease contact us  if you are interested in joining.

As a member, your financial responsibilities are as follows: Individual membership dues are $35 or $52.50 per family, per semester. 

* Sell or purchase an ad for the concert program for $10, $20 or more. The purchase of an ad for $20 or more entitles you to two free concert tickets per ad.

* Purchase a minimum of two concert tickets per semester at the price of $8 per ticket, which you may sell or give away.

Members will be supplied sheet music for the semester. Members are responsible for the music and the cost of replacing it if it is lost or damaged. All music must be returned at the end of each semester.

Required concert dress:

Women: White long sleeved blouse with collar, black ankle length skirt or black slacks.

Men: White long sleeved button-down shirt, black pants, black bow-tie.

The RVCCS will notify members if any rehearsals are cancelled due to inclement weather.
